My BIG feet. These are the tennis shoes that got me through Grandma's half marathon summer of '09
What can I say?
I have fallen in love with birch trees. These are NOT the last you will see of this magnificent tree.
On the trail bridge
One of my favorite pictures on the trail this fall. I went for a walk today, and of course, all the leaves are gone (:
OK. This is it for tonight. I have NO IDEA what I'm doing. So I will post this and see what it looks like. Hang in there with me. Let's see where this goes.
P.S. Some one tell me why the colors come across so blah on this post.

First of all... I'm SOOO HAPPY you started a blog. Secondly, the 2nd and 3rd photos down made me jump off my chair. That 3rd photo, the yellow trees.... whoa. Frame worthy. Gorgeous. You have wowed me. Welcome to the wild world of blogging, Barbara. We've been waiting for you. :o)
P.S. that top header photo of the river... perfection.
You do NOT have big feet. Stop it.
Rachelle, thanks for the comments. It is because of YOU and MICHAEL I'm trying this out. We will see.
I love your header, with the drawing overlapping the photo. how interesting that you are doing such a thing. Imagine getting surprised by ones wife at your age. writing and photography? all new to me. what other surprises you got in store?

Welcome aboard! I really like your pictures. It will be fun to see your trail throughout the seasonal changes. I get my best inspirations for poems while walking. Nice work here.
